The nacho carne asada Supreme is the bomb from Silva's. They are the only taco truck I will go to in Turlock. They always have amazing food.

If I can say one thing about Authentic Street Taco (AST), it would be that THEY DELIVERED. Literally and figuratively. We absolutely over ordered and we could not be happier about it. AST was our end of the night caterer (Wedding on 12/21/24, for reference). We chose to have the food dropped off & set it up in buffet style. There were no unhappy guests & bonus, what we took home, we enjoyed the next night! As a matter of fact, we had some leftover quesadillas (don't know how that happened), so we froze them & later threw into an air fryer & OMG it was amazing. Needless to say, we HIGHLY recommend. Excellent food, excellent communication, & excellent service. Thank you, Authentic Street Taco!!

When I saw this beautifully decorated taco truck and decided to give their Chicken & Steak tacos a try, I wasn’t expecting to be blown away by all the flavor packed in each tortilla. Service was really quick, and the food tasted great. The serving size was a mini soft shell, but it was literally packed to the edge with toppings and she was NOT SHY on the meat servings either. Price was extremely affordable. Would definitely recommend to anyone who loves tacos and needs a quick meal on the go.

This place is awesome! Ive been coming here since I was little and have always loved it. Took my boyfriend there for the first time last year and he fell in love with the place too. Bar none the best tacos and quesadilla supremes in the valley, possibly the whole state.
